Movie Ticket App
Objective
Design a convenient app that will let users choose seats and purchase tickets ahead of time quickly and easily. This will assist busy adults by allowing them to reserve seats and skip the line at the box office.
Result
A clean, simple to use app that improves the movie going experience.
Results from user testing gave insight for the need of a rewards program, encouraging repeat, loyal customers. It also led to a redesign of the seat selection interface, resulting in an easier experience on mobile.
